Panda TOPS-20 distribution

The Panda distribution contains:
- complete klh10-2.0h sources
- prebuilt klh10-2.0h binaries for Linux on Intel
- prebuilt TOPS-20 filesystem with complete sources
klh10-2.0h has been modified with several important extensions and
bugfixes:
- bugfix in EXTEND CVTxxx instructions
- bugfix to JSA instruction in non-zero section
- bugfix to handle time properly when running under VMware
- serial numbers set by default in correct ranges for KL and KS
processors
- settable serial number settable in runtime configuration file, and
range checked for correct range
- support for address break (SET ADDRESS-BREAK now works in TOPS-20)
- support for additional SBDIAG functions for TOPS-20 ENVIRONMENT program
- support for FreeBSD network operations
- support for FreeBSD PPC (Mac OS X)
- support for Spare Time Gizmos Panda Display
- CIRC supported by default in Intel Linux and FreeBSD PPC
The Panda version of TOPS-20 in the prebuilt filesystem includes a vast
set of extensions and bugfixes, some of which originated at Stanford in
the 1970s and 1980s, as well as a substantial library of non-DEC software
available nowhere else.
